The industrial-grade robotic arm combined with the Stone Flower 2.5L BIG extruder and print head forms a high‑precision 3D‑printing platform for concrete, clay, geopolymers, and other mineral materials, and viscous liquids. This system enables large‑format, continuous, and stable additive manufacturing for research, design, and industrial applications. For large projects can be up-scaled with 1K/2K mixing print head for concrete and continuous concrete pump.

 

The six‑axis robotic arm provides a 1850 mm reach and ±0.05 mm repeatability, enabling precise motion control for complex geometries and large objects. Effective payload up to 20kg. The Stone Flower 2.5L extruder with print head 6/6R operates as a high‑pressure ram system, for stable, controlled deposition. Together, they offer industrial‑grade flexibility, continuous printing capability, and compatibility with a wide range of clay‑ and cement‑based materials.
